About the Role
Care Assistant (Supplementary Hours – Sponsorship Visa Holders Only)
Cheriton Homecare is seeking experienced and compassionate care assistants who are already employed in the UK under a Health and Care Worker visa. This role is for supplementary employment only, as permitted by the Home Office for up to 20 hours per week. £14.36 per hour (includes rolled-up holiday pay)
This is an ideal opportunity for carers based in Brighton & Hove, including Bevendean, Woodingdean, Saltdean, and surrounding areas.
Important:
- You must have an existing employer who sponsors your visa
- We cannot take over sponsorship or issue new Certificates of Sponsorship
- Work must be in the same occupation code (6145 – care workers and home carers)
Required Qualification:
- Currently on a Skilled Worker visa under the Health and Care Worker route
- Employed by a licensed sponsor
- Eligible to work 20 supplementary hours per week
- Previous UK care experience preferred
- DBS required
