We are looking for compassionate and reliable Care Assistants/Support Worker to join our dedicated team, providing high-quality care and support to adults who need help to live independently and with dignity.

Your Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care (washing, dressing, toileting) where required
- Support clients with mobility and medication
- Help with preparing meals, shopping, or light household tasks
- Offer emotional support, companionship, and encouragement
- Record and report any changes in clients’ health or wellbeing
- Follow personalised care plans to meet each individual’s needs
- Maintain dignity, choice, and respect for every person you support
What We’re Looking For:
- A caring, patient and friendly attitude
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to learn (full training provided)
- Reliable, punctual and trustworthy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Driving licence and access to a car is preferred (especially for home care roles)
