Job Description:

We are looking for compassionate and reliable Care Assistants/Support Worker to join our dedicated team, providing high-quality care and support to adults who need help to live independently and with dignity.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care (washing, dressing, toileting) where required
  • Support clients with mobility and medication
  • Help with preparing meals, shopping, or light household tasks
  • Offer emotional support, companionship, and encouragement
  • Record and report any changes in clients’ health or wellbeing
  • Follow personalised care plans to meet each individual’s needs
  • Maintain dignity, choice, and respect for every person you support

What We’re Looking For:

  • A caring, patient and friendly attitude
  • Good communication skills
  • Willingness to learn (full training provided)
  • Reliable, punctual and trustworthy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Driving licence and access to a car is preferred (especially for home care roles)
