Shift Patterns:
- Morning Shift: 6:45 AM – 2:00 PM
- Evening Shift: 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Pay Rates: Domiciliary Care:
- Before probation: £13.00/hr (weekdays) | £14.00/hr (weekends)
- After probation: £14.00/hr (weekdays) | £14.50/hr (weekends)
Community Access Care Work:
- Before probation: £12.50/hr (weekdays) | £13.00/hr (weekends)
- After probation: £12.75/hr (weekdays) | £13.25/hr (weekends)
Bank Holiday Rates:
- Before probation: £18.00/hr
- After probation: £20.00/hr
What You’ll Be Doing!
As a Community Access & Supported Living Care Worker, you will support individuals in their homes and in the community to live independently and improve their quality of life.
Domiciliary Care Responsibilities:
- Assisting individuals with personal care, meal preparation, and medication
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Helping clients maintain a clean and safe home environment
- Supporting clients with daily living tasks
Community Access Care Responsibilities:
- Supporting individuals to attend medical appointments, social events, or leisure activities
- Assisting with shopping, running errands, or engaging in hobbies
- Helping individuals access education, employment, or volunteer opportunities
- Encouraging physical activity and participation in community programs
