Job Description:
As a Care Coordinator at Ringstead Healthcare, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of care services. You will be responsible for coordinating the care schedules, managing care staff, and maintaining high standards of service. Your role will be essential in ensuring that our clients receive the best possible care tailored to their individual needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Care Planning: Develop and maintain comprehensive care plans for clients, ensuring their needs and preferences are met.
- Scheduling: Coordinate and manage care schedules for staff, ensuring adequate coverage and timely service delivery.
- Staff Management: Support, supervise, and mentor care staff, providing guidance and ensuring adherence to company policies and standards.
- Client Liaison: Maintain regular communication with clients and their families, addressing any concerns or changes in care needs.
- Compliance: Ensure all care services comply with CQC regulations and other relevant standards.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client care and staff activities.
Requirements:
- Experience: * Previous experience in a similar role within the health and social care sector.
- Qualifications: * NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
- Skills: * Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge: * Understanding of CQC regulations and best practices in care coordination.
