8pm – 8am shifts
4 nights per week on a rolling rota, including some weekend working

What does a Night Practitioner role involve?
- Working nights at Oak Springs offers the opportunity to make a real difference during the quiet hours. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting residents with personal care, hygiene, and bedtime routines in a respectful and dignified manner.
- Providing reassurance and companionship to residents, especially those who may need additional support during the night.
- Monitoring and responding to residents’ needs, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the night.
- Undertaking light domestic tasks to maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the home.
- Assisting with the administration of care plans and reporting any concerns or changes in residents’ well-being.
- Participating in relevant training to enhance your skills and contribute to the team’s expertise.
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure smooth handovers and consistent, person-centred care for our residents.

*Overtime is paid for working over full time hours. However, overtime enhancement will not feature on your contract of employment and can be withdrawn at any time as managers decision is final. Advertised pay rate is for shifts worked from 1st April 2025.
