About the Role:
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate care staff who are currently on a Skilled Worker (Tier 2) visa and looking to transfer their sponsorship. Join our team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals based in Bristol.
Requirements:
- Must currently hold a Skilled Worker (Tier 2) visa and be seeking sponsorship transfer
- Previous experience in care, with a strong understanding of CQC-regulated activity requirements
- Compassionate, empathetic, and able to demonstrate leadership qualities
- Willingness to work towards a Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care
- Drivers preferred, or currently undertaking driving lessons
- Willingness to relocate to Bristol is essential
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, person-centered care in line with CQC standards
- Support clients with daily living activities, promoting independence and dignity
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and other professionals
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
