Duties
- Support individuals to live independently in their own homes or supported living environments.
- Assist with daily living tasks such as cooking, cleaning, shopping, budgeting, and attending appointments.
- Encourage and promote independence, choice, and personal development.
- Support individuals to access the community, education, employment, or social activities.
- Provide emotional support and build positive, professional relationships.
- Follow and implement individual support plans and risk assessments.
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with the wider support team and external professionals.
- Promote safeguarding, health and safety, and wellbeing at all times.
Experience
