About the Role
We are seeking committed and caring individuals with a passion for improving the lives of children and young people and adults! It is a very exciting time to join St Elizabeth’s, as our charity grows with our admissions increasing for 2024 onwards.
Sponsorship is only available to applicants who have held a Skilled Worker visa continuously from 4th April 2024.
Main Duties
- Daily care and living support, including personal care.
- Promoting independence and learning in line with wellbeing.
- Encouraging fun leisure and social activities ensuring our service users are able to access the wider community.
- Ensuring a safe, secure and clean home environment.
- Food preparation and cooking meals.
- Administering medication (full training provided).
Qualifications
- Passionate, caring and committed individuals with excellent communication skills
- Individuals with some experience supporting children and young people with additional needs in a care/education setting
- People with patience and understanding
- Fun, resilient and flexible staff with the ability to complete mandatory training

- Mixed pattern of early and late shifts (07:00 – 14:30 and 14:15 – 21:45).
