We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Bank Support Worker to join our team in the Birmingham and Telford area. This role requires flexibility to work both day and night shifts, providing essential support in a supported accommodation setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality support and care to residents in a supported accommodation environment.
  • Assist residents with daily activities, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
  • Implement care plans and follow procedures to ensure the safety and health of residents.
  • Monitor and record changes in residents’ conditions, reporting to the healthcare team as necessary.
  • Encourage and assist with the development of residents’ skills to promote independence.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in healthcare or a related support role.
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts (both day and night).
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the UK (No visa sponsorship provided).
  • Must not be limited to 20 hours per week; full availability is required.
