We are currently recruiting for compassionate and reliable Care Assistants / Care Workers to join our growing team providing high-quality domiciliary (home) care.

This is a rewarding opportunity to support individuals in their own homes, helping them maintain independence and dignity while improving their quality of life.

Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) visas are available for eligible candidates already in the UK, subject to meeting Home Office requirements.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care including washing, dressing, and toileting
  • Assist with mobility and safe transfers
  • Support with meal preparation and medication
  • Offer companionship and emotional support
  • Help clients access the community and attend appointments
  • Maintain accurate care records and report concerns
  • Follow individual care plans and safeguarding procedures

Requirements

  • Good level of English (spoken and written)
  • Caring, patient, and reliable nature
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic IT skills (for care notes and reporting)
  • Driving licence preferred but not essential
  • Previous care experience is an advantage but not required (full training provided)
