Main Duties

  • Provide personal care and support to clients in their own homes, ensuring their comfort and dignity.
  • ⁠Assist with daily living activities, including meal preparation, medication management, and companionship.
  • ⁠Develop and maintain respectful relationships with clients and their families.
  • ⁠Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and healthcare professionals.
  • ⁠Document and report any changes in clients’ needs and conditions as necessary.

Qualifications

  • ⁠A genuine desire to help others and make a positive impact in their lives.
  • ⁠Previous experience in care or a related field is preferred, but not essential.
  • ⁠Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • ⁠Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • ⁠A valid driving license and access to a vehicle are preferred.
