About the role

Join our growing team delivering compassionate, person-centred care that helps people live independently at home. You’ll support clients with day-to-day tasks, wellbeing, and community access.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide personal care (washing, dressing, toileting) with dignity and respect.
  • Support with meal preparation, hydration, medication prompts, and home safety.
  • Offer companionship and emotional support; encourage independence and choice.
  • Assist with mobility and transfers using approved techniques/equipment.
  • Keep clear, accurate records in our digital care system after each visit.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and colleagues to ensure continuity.

Essential requirements

  • NQF Level 3 (or equivalent) in Health & Social Care (or working towards).
  • Genuine passion for caring, reliability, and a professional, kind approach.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain—company-supported).

Desirable

  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work.
  • Previous experience in domiciliary/home care or care home settings.
