We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Homecare Assistants to join our team and make a positive difference in the lives of our clients.
Responsibilities
- Providing personal care and support services to clients in their homes based on their individual care plans.
- Assisting clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Supporting clients with mobility and transfers as needed.
- Building a strong rapport with clients and their families to ensure their comfort and well-being.
- Monitoring and reporting any changes in clients’ health or behavior to the care team.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of care provided.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role a requirement.
- Compassionate and caring attitude towards clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable and trustworthy with a strong work ethic.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
