About the Role

Mandatory requirements for visa switches / Skilled workers route:
- Caregiving / Nursing aide course
- Fully completed Care Certificate
- Domiciliary care experience (1 year minimum)
- Access to own vehicle
- Full UK driving license
- All mandatory documents required to apply for visa
- Relocation to Burton-on-Trent is mandatory
Responsibilities:
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Administer medication according to prescribed schedules
- Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding
- Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities with client
- Assist with housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and tidying up
We’re looking for:
- Experience in domiciliary care
- Compassionate, friendly and trustworthy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in PEG, RIG, challenging behaviour, seizures, diabetes
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
