Carer/Driver – UK Sponsorship Available

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, encouraging social interaction and engagement.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
  • Document client progress and report any changes in health or behavior to the appropriate parties.
  • Support customers with mobility assistance, including transferring them safely from one location to another.

Skills

  • Clean driving record and experience with safe, compassionate transport.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and their families.
  • A compassionate nature with a strong desire to help others improve their quality of life.
  • Capable of engaging clients in meaningful conversations and coordinating with family members and healthcare professionals.
  • Able to understand and respond to clients’ needs with empathy and patience.
  • Proven experience in caregiving or a related role is preferred.
  • UK driving licence required
