Role Overview:
As a Carer/Support Worker at ROC, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care to individuals with varying needs, from simple daily assistance to complex care for those with mental health and severe physical conditions. Key Responsibilities:
- Personal Care: Assist with bathing, dressing, and grooming to maintain clients’ dignity.
- Medication Management: Administer and monitor medication as prescribed, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Companionship & Emotional Support: Provide a listening ear and emotional support to enhance clients’ mental well-being.
- Complex Care: Manage challenging behaviors and support individuals with severe physical or mental health conditions.
