Role Overview:

As a Carer/Support Worker at ROC, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care to individuals with varying needs, from simple daily assistance to complex care for those with mental health and severe physical conditions. Your work will directly contribute to our mission of making a positive difference in the lives of those we serve.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Personal Care: Assist with bathing, dressing, and grooming to maintain clients’ dignity.
  • Medication Management: Administer and monitor medication as prescribed, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
  • Companionship & Emotional Support: Provide a listening ear and emotional support to enhance clients’ mental well-being.
  • Complex Care: Manage challenging behaviors and support individuals with severe physical or mental health conditions.
