Position Summary
We are seeking Carers and Support Workers to assist individuals with a range of needs, from everyday tasks to complex care. This role is vital in helping clients live independently, safely, and comfortably.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care tasks including washing, dressing, and hygiene
- Administer medication in accordance with care plans and maintain accurate records
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Provide care for individuals with mental health conditions or physical disabilities
