Role Overview
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will oversee all financial operations of Flagstone Investment Ltd., including financial planning, risk management, reporting, compliance, and strategic financial leadership. The CFO will play a key role in shaping company strategy, improving financial performance, and ensuring strong governance and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Advise CEO and Board on financial planning, investment decisions, and growth opportunities.
- Support fundraising, capital structuring, and potential M&A activities.
Financial Management
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial modelling.
- Ensure accurate financial reporting and performance analysis.
- Manage treasury, capital allocation, and liquidity planning.
Compliance & Governance
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax requirements, and statutory obligations.
- Maintain strong financial controls, audit processes, and risk management frameworks.
- Liaise with auditors, regulators, and financial institutions.
Investment & Risk Oversight
- Monitor portfolio performance and financial risk exposure.

Required Qualifications
