Your Role:

As a Children’s Support Worker, you’ll provide compassionate care and emotional support to children and young people with complex needs, including emotional and behavioural challenges. You’ll help create a safe, nurturing environment where they can thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support children with daily routines, education, and activities
  • Build trusting relationships and promote independence
  • Follow care plans and safeguarding procedures
  • Work collaboratively with families and professionals
  • Maintain accurate records and reports

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 6 months experience in children’s residential care or similar
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)
  • NVQ Level 3 in Children & Young People (desirable)
  • Full UK driving licence (preferred)
  • Passionate, reliable, and resilient individuals
