Role – Female and Male Support workers
Location- Wirral
Salary – £12.75 per hour
Shifts – Our shift pattern is 08:00 – 20:00 Day shifts and 20:00 – 08:00 waking nights
Expected hours – From 24 hours per week
Key Role essentials and responsibilities –
- Full Uk drivers’ licence required
- Competent verbal and written English
- Must have experience within health and social care settings
Meet the person you’ll be supporting:
- Who am I ? I am a gentleman in my 20s
- What challenges do I have? I am diagnosed with Athetoid cerebral palsy, severe learning disability. I have diabetes and I’m non-verbal and wheelchair user.
- How would I describe myself? I am a family man with a good sense of humour.
- What types of people do I get along with? I get on well with chatty staff who can have a laugh with me. I also have 2 pet dogs.
My team
How many people support me at one time? I am supported on a 1:1 basis throughout the day, and during the night shift
What shift patterns do my team do? My shift patterns is 08:00 am – 20:00 and Waking night 20:00 – 08:00

This role does not involve travel between multiple sites during one shift. Spend your whole shift with the person you support, making the biggest impact on their lives
