Communications & Engagement Manager (Visa Sponsorship Available)

Students’ Union UCL is seeking a highly skilled Communications & Engagement Manager to lead and enhance how the organisation connects with its members and external stakeholders. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative, impact-focused communications professional to shape strategic narratives within one of the UK’s leading student organisations. The successful candidate will be politically astute, able to advise and guide leaders at different levels, and confident in making strategic communications decisions that align with organisational priorities and values.

The role is full-time on a fixed-term contract until June 2027. This role is based at our Bloomsbury campus, with travel to our other London campuses as required, and flexibility to work from home on a 40/60 basis (40% working from the office). The role is a UCL Grade 8, with a salary band of £54,931-£64,644.

You will be able to work across multiple teams, projects, and stakeholders to draw together stories into a coherent narrative, be politically astute and able to advise and guide different types of leaders, and be able to make strategic decisions in the bests interests of the charity.
