As a Community Care Assistant, you will provide support to individuals in their own homes, helping them maintain independence and quality of life. This role is ideal for someone who wants flexibility and control over their rota, with the opportunity to work mornings (07:00–14:00) and/or evenings (16:00–22:00) depending on availability.
The Role
- Provide high-quality, person-centred care in clients’ homes
- Cover team annual leave and additional shifts when required
