What the Role Involves
Every visit is different, but the goal is always the same: to help someone live well at home.
You’ll support with:
- Personal care and daily routines
- Medication reminders and mealtime support
- Mobility and confidence with moving around the home
- Light household tasks to keep things safe and comfortable
- Companionship — because connection matters
- You’ll visit the same clients regularly so you can build trust and make a real impact.
What You’ll Receive
- £13.50 per hour
- Double pay on peak days
- Paid travel and waiting time
- 35p per mile mileage allowance
- Paid DBS (refunded after probation)
- Earn while you train — fully paid induction & shadowing
- Guaranteed hours (20 or 30 per week) after probation
- £400 refer-a-friend reward
- Opportunities to grow into Senior or Lead roles

- We provide care between 06:45 – 21:30, and we’ll work with you to build a schedule that suits your life.
