Your Role
As a Domiciliary / Community Care Worker, you’ll deliver hands-on, person-centred care to our service users, ensuring their dignity, independence, and well-being.
Your duties will include:
- Supporting clients with personal care and daily living tasks
- Promoting independence, choice, and dignity
- Assisting with care plans and communicating effectively with the care team
- Providing companionship and emotional support
About You
- You’re compassionate, reliable, and committed to making a difference
- Experience in care is desirable – but full training is provided for those new to the sector
- Able to provide 2 UK references
- Driver with own vehicle (essential due to travel between clients)
- Available to work alternate weekends
