Xtracare Ltd in Maidstone is seeking committed Community Carers who can provide high-quality support to individuals within their own homes. This role requires a full UK driving licence and the use of your own vehicle to travel between visits, ensuring timely and reliable care delivery across the local area. Applicants must have a dependable mobile phone for communication and updates throughout the day, as well as the ability to use the company’s digital care system to record visits and maintain accurate information in line with regulatory standards. Sponsorship may be available for suitably qualified applicants who are already based in the United Kingdom and meet the required terms and conditions. Care Worker Minimum Requirements

  • You Must be able to drive with the use of own car and a full UK driving licence.
  • You must have a reliable mobile phone
  • You must use the company care system for logging calls and information
  • You must have a good standard of written and verbal English and be able to communicate effectively
  • You must keep up-to-date with all training as required
  • You must be able to remain calm and show patience and understanding of service users’ needs
  • You must be able to work alternate weekends or a Saturday or Sunday each week. (two weekdays off when working weekends)
  • Employment subject to Proof of Eligibility to Work in the UK, Enhanced DBS checks and satisfactory references.
