Xtracare Ltd is seeking compassionate and reliable Community Carers to join its dedicated care team in Maidstone. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about supporting others and building a meaningful career in the UK care sector.

Applicants must have a full UK driving licence and access to their own car, as travel is essential for delivering high-quality care to clients in their homes. A reliable mobile phone is required, and carers will be expected to use the company’s care system for logging visits and maintaining accurate records.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential. While previous care experience is an advantage, it is not required — as full free training, including The Skills for Care – Care Certificate and induction programme, will be provided to all successful candidates.

Visa sponsorship is available for applicants already based in the UK, offering a valuable pathway for dedicated individuals seeking a long-term career in health and social care.

Care Worker Experience

Experience is an advantage but not essential as a free fully continuous training program including The Skills for Care – Care Certificate and induction training will be provided.

Care Worker Minimum Requirements

  • You Must be able to drive with the use of own car and a full UK driving licence.
  • You must have a reliable mobile phone
  • You must use the company care system for logging calls and information
  • You must have a good standard of written and verbal English and be able to communicate effectively
  • You must keep up-to-date with all training as required
  • You must be able to remain calm and show patience and understanding of service users’ needs
  • You must be able to work alternate weekends or a Saturday or Sunday each week. (two weekdays off when working weekends)
  • Employment subject to Proof of Eligibility to Work in the UK, Enhanced DBS checks and satisfactory references.
