We’re Adults Supporting Adults a social care charity covering the whole of Lincolnshire. We provide a range of care and support services for vulnerable people, some of whom are living with dementia or experiencing poor mental health, others have physical disabilities and require support to access the community and lead a lifestyle of their choice. We listen to the people we support and promote choice, independence and individual opportunities.

We are looking for people who care regardless of qualifications or experience. ASA can provide training and ongoing support to assist you to feel confident in your role. We care more about you sharing and demonstrating our values, which are:
