Position: Community Support Worker
Salary: £12.40 – £14.20 per hour

About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate Support Worker to provide care and assistance to individuals in there own home. The ideal candidate will have experience in patient care, meal preparation, and first aid, with a focus on senior care and assisted living.
Duties:
- Assist individuals with daily activities including personal care, meal preparation, and medication reminders
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to ensure a clean and safe environment
- Help with mobility and Drive individuals to appointments or outings
Experience:
- Previous experience in hospice care, nursing homes, or home care is advantageous
- Knowledge of patient care practices and techniques.
