Nurse at Home is seeking a dedicated Community Support Worker to join its team in Margate. This role is ideal for an individual who is passionate about supporting vulnerable people in the community and providing high-quality, person-centred care.

Previous experience within a care setting is desirable; however, it is not essential, as full training will be provided to help the successful applicant develop the skills needed for the role.

Responsibilities
As a Community Support Worker, you’ll:
- Provide personal care and support within clients’ homes
- Assist with medication, meal preparation, and daily living tasks
- Promote independence and dignity at all times
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Keep accurate records and communicate effectively with the team
Requirements
- A caring and compassionate nature
- Reliable, flexible, and professional attitude
- Good communication skills
- Previous experience in care (desirable but not essential — training provided)
- Based in or able to travel across the Thanet area
