Community Support Worker – Drivers with a car and business insurance only

Complesso Healthcare are seeking community support workers to support our service users in their own property in the surrounding areas- Dudley, Wolverhampton and Stourbridge.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting individuals in their own home and in the community
  • Must be able to work between the following hours – 07:30- 22:30 – depending on business needs.
  • Support with personal care and medication needs.
  • Be happy to take the service users out on activities, appointments or any other needs

You will need:

  • Hold a full UK Driving Licence and Vehicle – Business Insurance preferred.
  • Be able to work between the hours stated above
  • Be able to work alternate weekends
  • A passion for supporting individuals
  • Be willing to work in the community and travel between service users- paid travel time
  • Good communication skills
