IntuitionLabs is an AI-first marketing agency providing a wide range of marketing services to B2B tech clients across North America. The company’s goal is to enhance our team by hiring a skilled Email Marketing Specialist focused on cold email outreach.
Position: Copywriter and Cold Email Specialist
Salary: ₦2,657,712.04 to ₦3,322,140.05 per month
Job Type: Permanent, Full Time
Location: Lagos (Remote)
Main Duties
- Create and manage outbound email marketing campaigns under the guidance of our Marketing Director or Project Managers.
- Craft compelling outbound email copy and campaigns.
- Set up and warm up inboxes to ensure high deliverability scores.
- Diagnose and resolve any deliverability issues.
- Oversee the execution of outreach campaigns from inception to completion.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in creating successful outbound email marketing campaigns.
- Ability to work during US hours, specifically from 9am to 6pm or 8am to 5pm Pacific Time, Monday to Friday, including a 1-hour break.
- Experience working with US clients during US business hours.
- Fluent in English, both writing and speaking.
- Strong background in email copywriting, inbox setup, deliverability management, and campaign analytics.
- Tech-savvy with a reliable internet connection, a recent computer, and a high-quality headset.

- Monthly Salary: $2,000 USD
- Base Salary: $1,600 USD
- Performance Bonus: $400 USD (based on achieving KPIs and creating opportunities for our clients)
