About the Role

Leam Consulting seeking a qualified candidate to deliver exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving complaints promptly and professionally.

Main Duties

  • Provide a friendly & Conducive atmosphere for our clients
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat
  • Stay up-to-date on product and service offerings and provide relevant information to clients
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure that customer needs are met
  • Resolve client inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner, following established procedures and guidelines
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and resolutions
  • Identify and escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team members
  • Participate in training and professional development programs to enhance knowledge and skills

Qualifications

  • HND/B.Sc in any relevant field
  • 2 years of experience in a customer service,administrative role or front desk.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and find solutions to complex issues
  • Strong customer focus with the ability to provide exceptional service to clients
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in MS Word or any other computer software/application
  • Previous experience in a travels & tour organization is an added advantage
