Position: Customer Sales Advisor

Salary: £23,000 per annum

Job Type: Full Time (Permanent)

Location: Remote, UK

About the Role

Competitive salary and bonus: £23,000 plus average bonus earning potential of £8,700 per annum.

Hours: 37.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern between the hours of 8am – 8pm, Monday to Sunday.

Location: Remote, Mainland UK only

Start date: 10th March 2025

Right now, we’re recruiting Inbound Customer Sales Advisors in a role that offers great work life balance, working from home and comprehensive training: (4 weeks, initial 2 weeks Mon-Fri: 9am – 5:30pm).

As a Customer Sales Advisor in our busy Inbound team, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers looking to register their appliances. Day-to-day, you’ll build rapport with customers, get to know their individual needs and put their interests first and use your sales and communication skills to upsell products.

Qualifications

The experience and skills you need

  • 1 years continuous and targeted sales experience within the last 3 years
  • A driven mindset with strong customer service and sales skills and a love for hitting targets
  • Great communication skills – you’re at ease building rapport, listening to customers and demonstrating empathy when needed
