We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your organisational and administrative skills will be crucial in managing inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of computerised systems, excellent phone etiquette, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Main Duties
- Respond to customer service queries over phone and email
- Keep customers updated on their property transaction
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Support the sales team by providing after sales support to our customers
- Arranging for property searches and surveys to be completed
- Utilise Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Outlook and Teams.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer experience.
- Liase with various stakeholders to resolve billing disputes and queries
- Be the initial point of contact for complaints resolution
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a customer service role or similar position ideally within an estate agent, property or legal environment
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a commitment to providing outstanding service.
- Experience working in a fully remote role
