About the Role
We’re looking for passionate, caring & experienced people to join our team working on behalf of a leading roadside assistance & insurance company!
Excellent salary of £23,878 with bonus earning opportunities!
Work from the comfort of your own home!
Rotational Shift pattern. You will work 40 hrs. per week between the hours of 8am-7pm (Mon-Sun)
As an Inbound Sales Advisor, you will be assisting with retaining customers, account queries, insurance policies, & helping customers renew their breakdown policies. You will be handling a high volume of inbound calls which involves putting into practice your sales and negotiation skills and techniques & maximizing on sales opportunities where possible.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills both written & verbal.
- Experience in working towards targets.
- Computer literate with the ability to multitask and use multiple systems at any one time
- A wired internet connection & quiet place to work
- An ability to work as part of a great team
