Position: Customer Service Advisor

About the Role
We are looking for experienced Customer Service Agents to work within our fantastic broadcast television channel team to help answer our viewers questions & queries!
Pay – £11.48 per hour – paid every 2 weeks!
Hybrid model – work on site based in Belfast City Centre 3 days per week & the remaining days from the comfort of your own home.
Full time permanent role – Contracted to 40 hours paid production on a rotational shift pattern between 7.30am – 8pm Monday to Friday and 9am – 7pm Saturday & Sunday.
You will support viewer enquires through personalised email responses, phone, and social media contacts. Our goal is to provide a positive viewer experience through efficient, friendly, and high-quality responses. You will provide information, handle complaints, and promote the brand as well as its products and services.
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months experience in customer journey interactions.
- Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, listening, probing & reading.
- Knowledge of social issues and things going on in the world.
- Technical mindset with the ability to multitask
- Be able to work as part of a strong and collaborative team.
- You must have a minimum broadband speed of 10mgbs and a private room at home to work.
- Experience in working in television/media focused environment – desired.
- Experience in working with social media in a similar environment – desired.
