The team you’ll join:
As a Customer Service Advisor with us, you’ll be an integral part of a dedicated team that focuses on delivering outstanding customer service. Your primary responsibilities will include handling high volume calls in a timely manner, strong accurate communication when handling customer’s details all while providing outstanding customer service and exceeding our customers’ expectations.
Main Duties
- Ensure that all specific procedures are carried out in a timely manner so that all customer bookings and information are accurate.
- Represent the company and values of the business and portray a professional and business like image to all customers, potential customers, and other people you meet in the course of your work.
- Respond to all calls, emails, and messages in a timely manner.
- To offer help and support all Internal and external customers, take time to ensure all customers` needs are met and strive to exceed customers` expectations levels through great service.
- Strive to ensure customer satisfaction, comply with office standards and safety and security procedures.
- To attend training courses when asked, to help you develop in your role.
- Treat internal and external customers in a professional and courteous manner at all times, ensuring clear lines of communication.
Qualifications
- You will need to be a customer- focused problem solver.
- You will have experience in live chat or answering inbound enquiries via telephone
- You will have the ability to plan, organise and prioritise customer queries.
- You have strong clear communication and deliver results.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues and our customers.
- You will have high standards of customer service and achieving targets.
