Position: Customer Service Advisor
Salary: £19,000 to £25,000 a year

About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive the best service experience from start to finish. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for cars with experience of the Automotive Repair Industry.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 08:00 am – 06.00 pm
Saturday: 08:00 am – 12:00 pm (on a rotational basis)
Main Duties
Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, responsibilities will include:
- You will be the first point of contact for our customers, dealing with their enquiries with discretion, friendly and professional manner. As such, will play a key role in the success of the business.
- Place the Customer experience at the heart of everything you do
- Liaising with Accident Management and Insurance Companies in a friendly and professional manner
- Work towards making appointments for the Vehicle Damage Assessment Team and conversion targets
- Make high volumes of outgoing calls to arrange vehicle collection and deliveries (as required) and take incoming calls.
- Liaise with other Departments as and when required, working as a Team
- Checking in of customer and courtesy cars
- Handover of Repaired Vehicles to customers, ensuring paperwork is accurately completed at all times
- Proficient in IT Skills, Excel, Word CRM, and knowledge of Automotive Repair Systems such as EMACS and Audatex (training will be given)
- To support all other Departments, you will also be supported by the Team to ensure that we all collectively deliver the highest level of service and customer satisfaction.

- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to identifying issues and providing effective solutions.
- Technical Aptitude: Basic understanding of automotive repair and bodyshop processes is preferred.
- IT Skills: Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Full Driving Licence
- Training will be provided as required for the role (subject to terms and conditions).
