Rhenus Home Delivery

Rhenus Home Delivery provides a 2-person home delivery service to customers around the UK. They offer quality, professionalism, reliability, and excellent service when dealing with customers.

Position: Customer Service Advisor

Salary: £11.44 an hour

Job Type: Permanent, Part Time

Location: Remote

About the Role

The Rhenus Group are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic person to join our Customer Services Team for a part time position Monday to Friday 2 pm to 6 pm (20 hours per week), with flexibility to work Saturdays, depending on business needs.

Main Duties

  • Handling and resolving customer queries that come through via the phone and e-mail
  • Making outbound calls when required to confirm a customer’s delivery date
  • Accurately updating customer records using an in-house Transport Management System
  • To work as part of a team to ensure all KPIs are met, whilst delivering and maintaining a high level of customer service

Qualifications

  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively via the phone or e-mail
  • The ability to listen
  • A passion for solving problems and providing excellent customer service
  • Strong IT skills with the ability and embrace new processes quickly
