About the Role

Salary: £23795.20 plus up to £210 per month on target bonus.

Salary rises to £24,315 after 6 months.

Main Duties

Day-to-day in our Virtual Contact Centre

We are a busy contact centre, and no two days are the same. A role within our contact centre involves servicing our customers through a range of contact channels including phone, email, WhatsApp, social media and live chat.

Responsibilities include:

  • Sales through Service
  • Product upselling
  • Onboarding of new customers
  • Post-sale support
  • Product servicing within warranty
  • Retailer support

Working Hours

40 hours, over 5 days a week

Operational hours Monday to Friday – 8-hour shifts between 8:30am – 8:00pm

Saturday/ Sunday hours 8.30am – 5:00pm

Weekend working is required
