Position: Customer Service Advisor

Salary: £14 per hour + an increase to £17.50 per hour between 22:00-06:00

About the Role:

Foundever is hiring remote Customer Service Advisors for a short-term project. This is a fully remote role, supporting customers from the comfort of your own home using your own computer. The project runs 24/7, so we’re looking for people who can commit to shifts across a range of hours. If you have previous customer service experience and are looking for short-term work over the summer — we’d love to hear from you.

Pay: £14 per hour + an increase to £17.50 per hour between 22:00-06:00

Hours: We need you to be flexible working 24/7 on a shift rotation basis

Contract: Short Term 2 week contract with the potential to be extended

Location: Remote in the UK

What we need from you

  •  Have strong communication skills, with fluent spoken and written English
  • Demonstrate active listening and the ability to show empathy when supporting customers
  • If you’re a UK citizen, hold a valid, in-date UK passport
  • If you’re a non-UK citizen, hold a valid full-time work visa and be able to provide a share code
  • Be fully flexible to work on a 24/7 shift rotation, including nights and weekends
  • Use your own Windows computer that meets the technical requirements listed below

Computer Requirements

  • This role requires you to use your own computer. In order to be elegible you must already own a computer that meets the below specifications:
  • Operating System: Windows 10 or higher (Mac/chromebooks are not supported)
  • RAM: 4GB or above
  • Free HD Space: 500MB or above
  • Processor: Non-ARM
  • Browser: Microsoft Edge (Up to date)
  • Anti Virus: Windows Defender
  • Connection Type: Wired Ethernet Broadband
  • Dowload Speed: 10mbp/s or above
  • Upload Speed: 5mbp/s or above
  • Headset: A wired USB headset with a microphone
  • Smart Phone: An iOS or Android Smart Phone with the ability to download an app
