This is a permanent contract based at our Greenland Road site in Sheffield, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm or 9:00am to 5:30pm.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Providing customer service and administrative support to our clients and the wider Client Services team.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for incoming enquiries, answering calls and emails promptly and professionally.
  • Accurately logging orders, updating systems, and coordinating with internal teams such as operations, warehouse and couriers to ensure smooth processing of customer requests.
  • Maintaining a high level of attention to detail, ensuring all information is captured correctly and tasks are completed on time.
  • Supporting the wider team by handling day to day administration, assisting with order tracking, resolving basic customer issues, and ensuring an excellent customer experience at all times.

Key Work Objectives

  • Ensure excellent customer service is delivered at all times.
  • Communicate with customers using the most appropriate method of interaction including phone, email and video call.
  • Attend face to face meetings as and when required.
  • Ensure scheduled tasks are completed in full and on time.
  • Take direction from members of the Client Services Team to support customer and team objectives.
  • Prioritise workload ensuring all requests are dealt with and completed on time.
  • Work as part of the wider client services team to ensure all customers receive the best possible customer experience.
  • Provide keen attention to detail when processing orders and communicating customer requests to internal departments.
  • Work to your own initiative, applying your knowledge and understanding of the customers ways of working.
  • Build strong working relationships with customers, suppliers and internal teams.
  • Manage customer requests and coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure expectations are delivered.
  • Understand and manage customer enquiries for online ordering platforms.
  • Support the delivery and completion of customer projects.
  • Ensure customer conversations and requests are actioned.
  • Develop a good knowledge of print, warehousing, fulfilment and stock management.
  • Work across multiple IT systems and programmes simultaneously.
  • Overcome peaks in workload during busy periods.

General

  • Maintain high levels of professionalism at all times.
