Overview

Robert Heath Heating, a proud part of the global Daikin group, is a leading provider of gas heating services to the social housing sector. We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Customer Service Advisor to join our out-of-hours team in a fully remote role.

In this vital home-based role, you will be the first point of contact for housing association residents experiencing issues with their heating or hot water. You will play a key part in ensuring they receive a timely and efficient service, especially during evenings when they need our help the most.

What you will be doing:

  • Answering inbound calls from residents to report faults with their heating and hot water systems.
  • Accurately logging details of the fault onto our system.
  • Providing reassurance and clear information to residents.
  • Scheduling appointments for our Gas Engineers to attend properties.
  • Delivering a high standard of customer care at all times.

What we are looking for:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role is desirable.
  • A calm, professional, and empathetic telephone manner.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • A suitable home working environment and a reliable internet connection.
  • The ability to work effectively under pressure.

The Details:

  • Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour.
  • Hours: 26.5 hours per week.
  • Shift Pattern: A consistent 4 days on, 4 days off rota.
  • Working Times: Your shifts will be from 12:00 – 20:00 or 13:00 – 21:00.
