At Premium Credit we are looking to hire Customer Service Advisors who are able to provide outstanding customer experiences to our partners and customers through inbound calls and emails.

You’ll receive all the training you need on our systems, processes and industry as well as training to enhance the skills that you will already have in communicating professionally, listening and understanding customer needs. You’ll be supported in your journey to success by your buddy and your team manager, as well as the teams around you.

We are hiring a team of Customer Service Advisors to join us on 1st September to support increased call volumes. If you are interested in joining our team, please apply via our website. If you meet our criteria you will be contacted to arrange a telephone interview with our recruiter which will include a review of your CV, a call scenario and the opportunity for you to ask any questions. We’ll also make sure that you are aware of the requirements for the role.

If this is successful you will be invited to interview with two of our contact centre team leaders via MS Teams. This will be a competency-based interview to find out more about how you have responded to situations in previous roles or experiences.
