Customer Service Opportunities

Salary rises to £26,187.26 after 6 months.

- Day-to-day in our Virtual Contact Centre
We are a busy contact centre, and no two days are the same. A role within our contact centre involves servicing our customers through a range of contact channels including phone, email, WhatsApp, social media and live chat.
Responsibilities include:
- Sales through Service
- Product upselling
- Onboarding of new customers
- Post-sale support across our product range
- Product servicing within warranty
- Retailer support
- Exceptional customer service skills
Working Hours
- 40 hours, over 7 days a week (we organise shifts to allow 2 days off together)
- Operational hours Monday to Friday – 8-hour shifts between 8:30am – 8:00pm
- Saturday/ Sunday hours 8.30am – 5:00pm
- Weekend working is required
