Position: Customer Service Advisor
Salary: £25,420 per annum

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be part of a friendly, fast-paced contact centre team, working Monday to Friday between 8am and 6:15pm (37.5 hours per week). That means your evenings and weekends are yours to enjoy!
Your day-to-day will include:
- Handling inbound calls and emails, using our systems to assist customers and partners.
- Managing routine tasks like updating bank or address details, processing payments
- Supporting vulnerable customers with care and empathy.
- Accurately recording interactions and following up where needed.
- Rotating between calls and email responses to keep things fresh.
- Taking on additional training to handle more complex queries and grow your expertise.
- Meeting performance targets while consistently delivering top-tier customer care.
