Position: Customer Service Advisor

Salary: £22,308 per year

Job Type: Full Time

Location: Leeds (Hybrid), UK

Main Duties

  • Handling a range of enquiries from other legal businesses regarding conveyancing and processing new applications.
  • Managing both inbound and outbound calls.
  • Assisting clients and liaising closely with other third parties to ensure a smooth conveyancing process.
  • Handling any administrative duties for the department and chasing up required documentation.

Qualifications

  • Previous customer service experience from a range of backgrounds such as retail and hospitality.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a confident telephone manner.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organisation skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • A good team player.
