Position: Customer Service Advisor
Salary: £22,308 per year
Job Type: Full Time
Location: Leeds (Hybrid), UK
Main Duties
- Handling a range of enquiries from other legal businesses regarding conveyancing and processing new applications.
- Managing both inbound and outbound calls.
- Assisting clients and liaising closely with other third parties to ensure a smooth conveyancing process.
- Handling any administrative duties for the department and chasing up required documentation.
Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience from a range of backgrounds such as retail and hospitality.
- Exceptional communication skills and a confident telephone manner.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organisation skills and a keen eye for detail.
- A good team player.
