Applicants should have previous call centre experience handling high volumes of calls and providing excellent customer support. Job Description

As a Call Handler (Virtual Personal Assistant) you will be responsible for answering a high volume of calls on behalf of a number of different companies, taking messages and forwarding with urgency and efficiency. What should underpin everything we do is the quality of messages we sent to our clients, and the experience we provide to each caller.

Skills and Experience

  • Previous call centre experience dealing with a high volume of calls
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong administration skills
  • A good understanding of how to get the best out of your PC, knowledge of word/excel and outlook would be advantageous
  • Ability to work well under pressure
