About the Role:

This is a part-time, remote position (20 hours per week, Monday to Friday) where you will be responsible for providing comprehensive customer service support to two of our clinics, located in London and Manchester. You will be the first point of contact for many of our clients, ensuring their experience with our company is positive and professional.

Main Duties

  • Answering phone calls and responding to email inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Providing accurate and helpful information about our SMP services.
  • Managing client bookings and scheduling appointments.
  • Processing client data records and ensuring accuracy.
  • Sending out appointment confirmation emails and reminders.
  • Handling general administrative tasks as required.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role is essential.
  • Excellent written and spoken English is a must, as you will be communicating with clients regularly.
  • You must be highly organised, methodical, and able to manage your time effectively.
  • Proficiency in using computers and basic office software is required.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team is crucial.
  • A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help people are highly valued.
