Salary: ₦90,000 to ₦120,000

About the Role

In this role, you’ll be responsible for efficiently managing and responding to customer inquiries via chat and phone. Your duties will include handling booking queries and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Main Duties

  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills to share information.
  • Handle emergency situations such as travel disruptions by providing timely assistance and solution.

Qualifications

  • High school Diploma or equivalent, a degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality or a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in Customer Service.
