About the Role
In this role, you’ll be responsible for efficiently managing and responding to customer inquiries via chat and phone. Your duties will include handling booking queries and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Main Duties
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Excellent verbal communication skills to share information.
- Handle emergency situations such as travel disruptions by providing timely assistance and solution.
Qualifications
- High school Diploma or equivalent, a degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in Customer Service.
